The story

Founded to close a gap.

KLOQ was founded in 2021, into a market split in two: cheap imported devices with no warranty and no one to call — or closed, overpriced systems that lock a home to a single vendor for life.

We exist to close that gap with engineering. Open ecosystems instead of walled gardens. Local-first control instead of cloud dependency. And a 24-month warranty backed by our own QC line and spare stock held in Egypt — not a promise, a supply chain.

Most integrators install what they can source. KLOQ runs the whole chain — engineering on one side, supply and quality on the other.

System design & BOQ — room-by-room architecture with an itemized bill of quantities.
Multi-protocol integration — Zigbee, Matter, Thread and Wi-Fi engineered into one system.
Certified installation — our own teams install, commission and hand over. No subcontractors.
Fleet provisioning — devices configured and tested in batches before they reach the site.

Incoming inspection & burn-in — every batch tested on our own QC line before it ships to site.
